I began fishing as a young child in the Delta near my home town of Stockton, CA. My grandfather taught me to fish for bass, stripers and catfish, we also gigged for frogs. Our family spent many weekends fishing the streams and river in the Sierra foothills for trout. When I married, my husband he intoduced me to saltwater fishing, now he works with me building custom fishing rods. We spend as much time as possible fishing aboard our boat the "Alibi II". Salmon, albacore, halibut, sanddabs and rockfish are some of our favorite species to fish for. We use Alibi custom rods aboard our boat so we have a "hands on " feel for how our rods perform. We strive to build the best saltwater fishing rods and freshwater fishing rods that will meet the needs of the serious and professional fisherman.
